You will learn, how to easily, effectively and safely use the Australian Bush Flower Essences to help a woman achieve physical, emotional and spiritual balance in the following areas of her life:

- Menopause
- Growing older
- Common illnesses and health issues
Specific Bush Essences will be covered during the discussion of each of the above themes.

Astrology and the Australian Bush Flower Essences

A uniquely combined modern personal astrology, spiritual astrology and medical astrology workshop to provide you with a simple method to quickly and accurately provide an understanding of an individual's personality and abilities.
The main topics covered in this workshop for each of the twelve Zodiac Signs will be:
- Basic qualities and characteristics
- Potential negative attitudes and how these can evolve into emotional imbalances
- Physical vulnerabilities
- Spiritual lessons

Linn Wiggins Dip. Herb. Med. RN. ATMS
Originally a registered nurse, Linn noticed a link between emotions and physical disease, not generally recognised within the western medical framework. In the early 1990s she first began using the Australian Bush Flower Essences and so began a profound personal and professional transformation. After retraining as a naturopathic herbalist, she incorporated the Bush Essences into her daily work. Since 2000 she has been running her own successful clinic in the Noosa Hinterland, Qld, specializing in treating women and children using western herbs, flower essences and iridology.
The White Light essences brought Linn to the realization that her life’s work was to not only help people to heal in a one on one situation as a practitioner, but to share her knowledge of and passion for the Australian Bush Flower Essences to a wider audience. Linn brings to her workshops a unique blend of knowledge in western, naturopathic and vibrational medicine as well as her years of experience as a practitioner. On a personal level, she combines intuition, enthusiasm and humor with nurturing and compassion to inspire you to embark on your own healing journey.

Di is available for evening workshops or day-long herbal or flower essence classes. She has been teaching herbal apprenticeship courses and various workshops on herbs and flower essences for the past 10 years. Di is a Certified Instructor of the Australian Bush Flower Essence College Course and she is happy to travel out-of-state to offer the ABFE College Course She can tailor workshops and courses to fit both the intimate setting of a wellness center or a higher-level educational facility wishing to offer alternative holistic classes. Going to Sedona and looking for a place to stay?
Are you looking for a temporary living or just passing through? Rooms are located in the beautiful red rock region of Sedona on 1.5 acres of land. We are just a few minutes away from Uptown Sedona, Cottonwood, and about 30 minutes from Flagstaff.
Bedrooms are furnished, 4 - 6 people per room (hostel style), private baths with rooms, full kitchen, living-room space, laundry facility and spacious backyard. You can prepare your own meals, wash your clothing and take hikes daily. Includes utilities.
