Therapeutic & Swedish Massage
Soothing, long gliding strokes and kneading techniques, followed by rolling and squeezing of the muscles. Improves circulation and reduces muscle tension.

Deep Tissue Massage
Slow long strokes, deep pressure and friction are applied to work the deep layers of connective tissue and release “knots”. Deep tissue massage can be directed at specific problem areas and may cause some soreness.

Reiki
This is a type of subtle energy work in which healing is performed by the touch of the hands, allowing the flow of the energy to the patient via the practitioner. This healing system works to promote health and well being. It is truly a system of attaining and promoting wholeness of body, mind and spirit.

Reflexology
A non-intrusive, therapeutic touch therapy applied to the feet using deep, gentle pressure to small areas, called reflex points. Treatment leaves the nervous system relaxed and a greater sense of balance is felt.

Hot Stone Massage
Heated stones are placed on key points on the body to improve circulation, release tight muscles, and help calm the nervous system. Then the body is massaged using both stones and hands to relieve aches and pains, reduce joint stiffness, tension, depression, and promote relaxation.
