Relaxation Massage: for soothing tired, sore muscles, increasing circulation and flexibility, and reducing pain.

Deep Tissue: uses advanced massage techniques to alleviate chronic aches and pains by reducing adhesions and scar tissue and releasing trigger points.

Sports/Rehabilitative: is a deep tissue massage that increases and maintains an optimum level of athletic performance by reducing the risk of injury and repetitive motion stress on the joints.

Reflexology: is a treat for the feet and simultaneously massages the entire body. Herbal foot bath included.

Lomi Lomi Nui: or "loving hands" is a form of massage that originated in Hawaii, that helps to release blockages and, simultaneously, give the energy new direction. It is not just a physical experience; but also facilitates healing on the mental, emotional and spiritual levels.

Maya Abdominal Massage

This ancient healing technique was primarily used to restore reproductive health (the wandering womb). These are non-invasive, external massage techniques that are applied to the abdomen, the neck and the back to release physical and emotional congestion from the body, thus alleviating a wide range of ailments that affect the reproductive and digestive systems. The technique works by relieving congestion and blockages to improve the flow of chi and fluids of the circulatory, lymphatic and nervous systems to prevent the progression of chronic disease symptoms.

Some common symptoms that are relieved by this treatment include: infertility, ovarian and breast cysts, bladder and uterine infections, PMS, Fibroids, Gastritis, Migraines, painful or irregular menstrual cycles and ovulation, Endometriosis, Menopausal symptoms, Digestive Challenges, Varicose Veins
