Fo-Ti (Polygonum multiflorum)

Fo-Ti (also known as Ho Shou Wu) is one of the five major tonic herbs in Traditional Chinese Medicine. This root is considered to be a 'longevity', or restorative, herb and is used in situations where there is an overall loss of vitality. It is used to nourish the blood, tone the liver and kidneys, and is a wonderful adrenal support.
