LIFE IS A JOURNEY!!!
Some of us take quick, assured steps – others of us prefer baby steps – but regardless, we are all on a journey. And life changes are inevitable. We can choose to try to be in control, to be resistant to change, to not want to go into unfamiliar territory...or we chose to be in the flow, to follow our inner guidance and intuition, to view life as an adventure to be cherished and experienced. Regardless, there will always be change.

follow my inner guidance, and to view life as an adventure, and to embrace
a HUGE CHANGE in my life!!
So it was, that with deep appreciation and gratefulness to our physical friends and the community that we have been a part of for 15 years, and prayers of honoring said to all the ‘other dimensional’ guides, angels, nature and plant spirits, we closed the doors to our storefront location of Earth Spirits in Sturbridge this past summer for the last time.
But even though the physical storefront may be closed...I am still here...just working in a new capacity. Allowing life to guide me, to be present in each moment, to take some personal time for my own transitionings.
This updated website reflects some of these transitionings. I assume it will be a work in process, as it isn’t completely clear to me what the destination is yet...but I am seeing some semblance of the path emerging.
What does this mean? This means that I am still here, part of our community but in a bit different format now. I am still Earth Spirits, still an herbalist and a nature-spirited woman, still have the same phone number, the same website address, the same email address. My focus is on the plants and the essences, and sharing their wisdoms and potentials with you.
So all of the Essences are still available here through the website

as well as a few other specialty items. (check out the shopping pages!)
I will be posting the ‘where’ and ‘when’ of workshops and courses that I will be teaching...and hosting. And I am still available for IET, Lyme/Teasel sessions, Kundalini Reiki, and Holistic Consultations (you can find me at Alternatives for Health on Rt. 20, Brimfield/Sturbridge line).
What about the rest of the Earth Spirits products? They ARE still available!!! Looking for the herbs, or bottles? Tinctures? Herbal teas? Chinese Remedies? Everything has moved down to Alternatives for Health, right next to Velvet Greene Garden Center. She has it all ~ including workshops and holistic health sessions! Teachings of the Indigenous Grandmothers

Indigenous grandmothers will begin at sunrise and conduct daily ceremonies sending prayers to the four corners of the Earth to unite people in fulfilling the many prophecies that have pointed toward this ‘time of no time’. Grandmothers will lovingly guide group healing sessions with the opportunity for individual healing sessions at an additional cost per session.
